It allows individuals to actualize their self-identity, relational attributes, values, abilities, and personalities. The blue light is the light of free communication, encompassing the self and the other selves.
From the perspective of cosmology or Metaphysics, a composite being of mind, body, and spirit possesses various “bodies” or “levels of existence,” including the Biological Body, Etheric Body, Emotional Body, Mental Body, Astral Body, Cosmic Body, over-Cosmic Body, True Self, etc. Each of these bodies or levels represents different aspects of the holistic being.
