MEDITATION

Meditation, its most wondrous aspect, lies in the fact that you can approach it in a theoretical manner or without any theory at all, immediately diving into its practice. However, taking measures to protect oneself is still necessary. This is because meditation is akin to spiritual communication, similar to buying a new television or radio where you need to tune in (adjust the frequencies of short/long waves) in order to receive the desired programs. When you meditate or attempt spiritual communication, if your intentions are unclear, you may potentially attract and receive negative energy and information.

What is Meditation?

Meditation, also known by various synonyms, includes terms such as “spiritual practice”, “piece of mind”, “yoga” in ancient India, “sitting meditation”, “Zen meditation”, “concentration”, “insight,” “mindfulness” in Buddhism, and various methods in Taoism such as “quietly focusing”, “undisturbed mind”, “gathering vital energy and focusing the mind”, “attentive concentration”, “sitting in forgetfulness”, and so on. The Shangqing sect emphasizes vegetarian practice and visualizes various within. Throughout history, practitioners have regarded these methods as exercises for cultivating the mind and nurturing the self.

For the sake of convenience, let’s use the term “meditation” to encompass these practices.

The Confederation of Planets‘ members divided mediation into two main categories: 1) Passive Meditation and 2) Active Meditation. Practices such as tranquility (meditative stillness, emptying the mind, non-action) fall under passive meditation, while contemplation, prayer, and Visualization (White Magic) are considered active meditation.

In summary, the different methods of meditation can be classified as “tranquility”, “contemplation,” and “prayer.”

The Purpose of Meditation

The term “cultivating the mind and nurturing the self” refers to the various methods of spiritual practice. According to RA, as humans, we are constantly busy and engaged in various activities. Taking the time to pause and be still is a way to find balance. Meditation is One of the most effective methods to bring balance to our mind/body/Spirit Complex.

Mr. MiLOVE believes that through meditation, anyone can first understand their True Self and then further explore and understand the universe.

From the perspective of cosmology or Metaphysics, everything in the universe is energy. The purpose of meditation is to master specific techniques and practice them repeatedly in order to raise One’s vibrational frequency. The lower the vibrational frequency within the seven chakras, the more basic the desires; and the higher the vibrational frequency, the higher the aspirations. The goal is to align oneself with the corresponding spectrum of the universe. As your vibrational frequency increases, you can connect with your Higher Self, establish a connection with spirit guides or guardian angels, and access the Akashic Records for information and downloads, similar to browsing the internet when your computer or phone is connected to Wi-Fi. By practicing meditation daily, its effects and purposes will align. Through meditation, you will gradually unveil the mysterious veil surrounding yourself, and naturally, you will be driven by higher aspirations to become the protagonist of your own life stage. Your mind/body/Spirit Complex will gradually achieve unity and integration, successfully evolving towards the fourth Density or even higher. In short, through meditation, an individual can achieve the purpose of balancing and integrating their mind/body/Spirit Complex.

By revisiting the construction of the seven chakras, you will understand why meditation can have such astonishing effects. The seven chakras in the human body are like the seven densities in the universe. The Creator has created seven evolutionary levels for spiritual evolution, and each level is called a Density. Each Density has its own purpose of evolution and the lessons to be learned. Each Density represents its position in the universe and the degree of life evolution within that position. Similarly, each chakra (with its corresponding color) represents the conscious state, such as from sense to self-awareness, from self-awareness to awakening, before reaching the enlightenment of the mind/body/Spirit Complex‘s cultivation. In other words, it represents the level of consciousness/evolution at that time. The seven chakras within the human body are like a microcosm closely related to the macrocosm (the seven densities) of the universe.

Methods of Meditation

Meditation can be achieved through two main methods. The first method is attempting to calm the mind and allow it to “sink into the root of the mind.” This is considered One of the most fundamental and important methods, and it is referred to as “stillness”. It is a state of entering into a higher vibrational frequency. The second method is when you are able to attain a state of stillness within your self-awareness, and then you focus your attention and concentration on an object or a specific subject. This is known as “contemplation.” There is another method called Visualization meditation, but it is not included in the general scope of meditation. Visualization is a tool used by experts and is referred to as White Magic.

Meditation is often practiced in conjunction with prayer or mantras. The most logical approach to learning meditation is to first master stillness and then proceed to contemplation. Finally, under the guidance of a good teacher, White Magic can be an effective tool for those experienced in providing services.

Stillness, Peace of Mind

It is worth mentioning that the understanding of “stillness” as doing nothing is a misconception. “Stillness” is about learning to calm the mind and then gradually sinking the thoughts into the root of the mind. It is not about actively thinking or contemplating, hence it is referred to as “passive meditation“. Learn more…>

Recently, the Buddha reminded the world: “Meditation is not about shutting down the mind or becoming inactive. This has been mistaken teaching for centuries. The purpose of meditation is to enable the mind to recognize its own discerning ability. When the mind is able to recognize itself, it will start to detach from ordinary experiences, and this will generate happiness from within.” Learn more…>

Muse, Contemplation

Contemplation or muse, as the name suggests, is the opposite of “stillness”, which can be understood as concentrating willpower (eliminating distracting thoughts), and concentrating on thinking about One thing, or a goal, or even a symbol, a point, etc. Learn more… >

Kundalini

Kundalini is metaphorically depicted as a coiled serpent that is summoned to rise upwards. Starting from the base chakra, it evolves through the various colors of the seven chakras, symbolizing the densities of the universe and the octaves of evolution mentioned in the context of the seven chakras. It ascends along the energy centers, where the inner and outer nature meets, and is composed of two types of energy:

  1. The inner self-energy (the seven chakras) ascends from bottom to top.
  2. The outer cosmic energy (essence) descends from top to bottom.

It is important to understand that the “meeting point” refers to the current level or position of an entity’s consciousness. To continuously elevate or ascend an entity’s consciousness and approach the next target, which is the elevation of the consciousness level, there are two methods:

Firstly, head to the North Pole starting with the self-absorbed South Pole experience, each experience needs to be observed, experienced, balanced, accepted, and integrated into the comfortable self (current level/position of consciousness). Once the entity accepts the self and experiences catalytic growth, it grows into a new entity with its true colors (consciousness level/position). This experience, however, remains within the red light and is evaluated based on its value for survival, and so on.

Secondly, for an entity seeking growth of the mind/body/Spirit Complex, through every encounter and experience in life, sequentially understanding them according to the order of the chakras, from bottom to top: they are not only survival consciousness but also the self, social relationships, love and understanding, free communication, connection with universal energy, and finally, the discovery of the sacred nature of each experience.

Incorporating the above concepts into meditation: imagine guiding the energy from the South Pole, starting from a seated position at the base chakra, and directing it inward through the seven energy centers, moving upward. They are sequentially: 1. Survival, 2. Self, 3. Social relationships, 4. Love and understanding, 5. Free communication, 6. Connection with universal wisdom energy, and finally, 7. The integration is based on the sacred nature of each experience. This is the sequential ascent of consciousness. Learn more…>

Awareness of consciousness is crucial, according to the perspective of RA. Once an entity begins to recognize the self and catalyzing agents, once the desire for seeking knowledge is ignited, the desire transforms into an upward driving force, leading the entity from negative/red-ray consciousness to positive/north pole consciousness, coiling and ascending like a serpent. From awareness to recognition, to awakening, and ultimately to enlightenment, constantly spiraling and ascending towards the Creator… When approaching or reaching love and understanding, the consciousness level of the green light, the entity is close to harvest.

RA reminds us that Kundalini or the practice of meditation is not a technique but an experience; it is a means of expressing the search for the True Self.

Catalytic agents, on the other hand, are energies that descend from above, from north to south. Therefore, from a metaphysical perspective, suffering and illness are not seen as “bad things” but as catalysts that provide opportunities to serve or be served, catalyzing the recipient and assisting in the experience and elevation of consciousness. Meditation Instructions

As mentioned above, when you meditate or attempt to communicate with the spiritual realm, you may attract or absorb positive or negative energy and information. Positive energy includes your spirit guides, guardian angels, archangels, and so on. Their messages are usually encouraging and helpful in elevating your positive energy. On the contrary, when you seek divine assistance for personal gain or material success, you are likely attracting and inviting the attention of negative energy. In other words, you are choosing to serve the self and align with negative polarity. Unless you are fully aware of your choices, when you pray, you may unintentionally open a door for negative energy or entities to enter your body and mind.

Implement Protective Measures (1)

Usually, before engaging in meditation, people pray or recite mantras. First, they perform a protection ritual and then state or silently affirm their intention for meditation or spiritual communication. For example, they may request their spiritual guides or guardian angels to assist and guide them in clearing their chakras or to send energy to any areas of discomfort in their bodies. It’s important to remember that you are a co-creator and have the ability to utilize your own energy. There is no need to seek blessings from deities, such as asking for blessings for good health, material wealth, or similar requests. Once you engage in prayer or recitation, whether silently or aloud, you activate the “key of free will,” allowing the energy or entities you have invited to communicate with you, as if you have opened the door and formally invited passing “spirits” into your space. These “spirits” can be of positive or negative energy. According to the law of attraction, like attracts like, so even if you are an entity of positive energy, continuously invoking (through prayer or recitation) the arrival of negative energy may lead to negative entities manipulating and enslaving you, even helping you achieve certain desires like promotion or wealth before exerting control over you. Entities of positive energy will only provide information and assist you in achieving awareness of the existence of truth. Awakening and enlightenment ultimately depend on your own efforts.

Members of the Confederation of Planets repeatedly emphasize that everything is an illusion. Only love and light are the truth. It is crucial not to seek truth externally because truth has always been hidden deep within oneself. Meditation is One of the best methods for seeking truth.

Implement Protective Measures (2)

After the meditation is done, close the middle five chakras in reverse order. From the brow chakra to the belly chakra. Keep the crown and root chakras in motion. Say a prayer of thanksgiving before ending your meditation.

Start Meditating!

Many people, including the readers, might initially react by saying, “I’m busy every day, and I have many important things to do. How can I possibly find time for something like meditation?” This represents the common mindset, and it’s what we call the veil effect. This is precisely why you need meditation! When you truly begin meditating, you will understand its importance. Furthermore, meditation does not consume your “precious” time unless you are willing to do it. Allow me to boldly point out that the concept of “precious” time is just an illusion.

If you have no desire to meditate, it simply indicates that your chakras (lower three chakras) are blocked, and you are still operating at a lower vibrational frequency. In that case, you need to clear your chakras even more. Believing or not believing is like a wall between having faith and having no faith. This wall is the veil effect. Indeed, this wall can be difficult to penetrate, but once you understand it, no matter how busy you are, you will make time for meditation. For readers who have not yet started meditating, I encourage you to carefully read the introductory chapter provided by HUAXINSI and see if you can recognize the issue within yourself.

Meditation not only helps sharpen your awareness of things but also aids in spiritual mindfulness, awakening, and even enlightenment. It assists you in realizing the essence of the world, the universe, and the true nature of life itself.

Q&A:

Q: Is there any special sensation or mode of transmission in clairvoyance? For example, is it conveyed through sound or other forms?

A: There is a very strong sense of energetic input. The body and mind become unusually active and excited, and your reactions become remarkably agile, with a speed that can be many times faster than usual. When you concentrate and focus on a question, the answer can quickly form in visualized images or words (although it’s also possible to receive no answer). At that moment, you must record it, or else it may pass by in an instant, and you may not be able to recall it later, or at least not immediately.

Q: Can every practitioner communicate with spirits or open the Third Eye?

A: In theory, yes. However, because each mind/body/Spirit Complex has different purposes in the Incarnation, the lessons will not be the same. The purpose of the veil is like a closed-book examination. Some tests are necessary. Unless a mind/body/Spirit Complex has passed all the exams, or if their Incarnation’s purpose is specifically to assist others in the form of clairvoyance, they may have the Third Eye open from an early age. Some individuals find it easier to communicate with spirits or possess other paranormal abilities. In short, everyone has their unique talents and purposes. There is no need to compare oneself to others. Just focus on being the best version of yourself.

Furthermore, meditation will help you find the truth and even the answers to all your questions.
