Unperturbed by favor or disgrace, leisurely observing the blossoms before my courtyard.

With no attachment to staying or leaving, casually following the unfolding and dispersing clouds beyond the sky.

In life, I find joy; in death, no regrets.

Flowers bloom and wither, while water flows endlessly…

—Hong Yingming

In life, no One wishes to constantly encounter pain. Nobody desires to be accompanied by illness, and death is something we fear and try to avoid. However, life has its own ways. It often presents us with unfavorable circumstances, leading many people to complain, “Why is a life filled with illness, suffering, and even death? They seem to follow us relentlessly.”

Although most people are aware that illness, pain, and even death are inevitable realities, and although they understand that illness makes us cherish good health and pain teaches us the value of happiness, we all recognize that regardless of who we are, our age, or our social status, whether we are wealthy or financially struggling, whether we hold positions of power or are ordinary citizens, in the face of illness, adversity, and death, we are all equal.

However, how many truly understand the mysterious connection between illness and suffering? How many comprehend that they are part of the “karmic balance mechanism,” an arrangement made in our pre-birth “Soul Contract“, and that they serve as catalysts in our lives? Illness, suffering, and death, each of them represents an important question in the “closed-book examination” of the third-Density school. Learn more…>

The Perspectives on Illness, Suffering, and Death

In Western medicine, the view and approach to illness and suffering are direct and straightforward. They focus on treating specific symptoms and ailments. When it comes to death, it is seen as a result of the limitations of medical interventions.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly in ancient times, holds a profound understanding of the human body. Ancient scholars recognized that the meridians are the hub of the soul. In the “Huangdi Neijing” (Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon), it is stated, “The Ling Shu governs the circulation of qi and blood, nourishes yin and yang, determines life and death, addresses various diseases, adjusts deficiency and excess. It is indispensable.” The concept of life extinguishing like a light is revealed in this ancient wisdom.

From a metaphysical perspective, the understanding and elucidation of the human entity are even more profound than in Chinese medicine. The essence of a human being is a composite of the “mind-Body Complex,” the “Body Complex,” and the “Spirit Complex,” collectively referred to as the mind/body/Spirit Complex. From a spiritual standpoint, it represents the characteristics of a third-Density entity’s structure. A complete individual is composed of the mind, body, and spirit. In terms of evolution, the human body is like a microcosm. The universe consists of seven densities (the eighth Density marks the beginning of the next Density). Similarly, the human body has seven chakras and seven layers of “bodies.” The seven densities and seven chakras represent the levels of their evolution. Furthermore, the human body serves as a vehicle for the soul’s Incarnation. Since the soul has different lessons to learn, it must undergo Reincarnation and choose different bodies to experience and learn various lessons, tests, and examinations until it graduates from Earth, which is akin to a third-Density school. “Illness and suffering” are catalysts, and “death” is simply One of the subjects that the soul must learn. What is a Catalyst, and How Does It Work?

In everyday life, things or experiences that catch our attention and have not been processed or refined can be considered catalysts. For example, anything that stimulates or affects our sensory system can be seen as a catalyst. Catalysts can be categorized into mental catalysts, physical catalysts, and spiritual catalysts.

Catalysts come in various forms, including significant and minor events or situations encountered in life, such as birth, aging, illness, death, separation, disasters, and misfortunes. They encompass different stages and experiences, from birth, education, graduation, promotion, marriage, childbirth, and old age, to death. Readers who haven’t read the themed article “Catalyst” by us can click here to learn more…>

Due to the diverse life experiences of souls, they accumulate “karmic energy.” Souls bring their “past-life karmic energy” into the present life and create catalysts through the “karmic balancing mechanism,” which manifests in the soul’s life to balance its imbalanced karmic energy. “Suffering” is the most common catalyst, followed by illness, death, and so on. For collectives, natural disasters, and man-made calamities are the most frequent catalysts. Do not assume that natural disasters and man-made calamities are purely natural occurrences. They are, in fact, products of the “karmic balancing mechanism” – results of collective karma. Readers who haven’t read the article “Soul Contract” and the “Law of Karma” by the author may click here to learn more…>

When an individual or collective consciousness ascends, they naturally encounter lessons they need to learn. These lessons are composed of two energies: the inner self-energy (seven chakras) rising from bottom to top and the external universal energy (essence) descending from top to bottom. The so-called “natural arrangement” of the external universal energy descending from top to bottom is the operation of the “karmic balancing mechanism,” with the content being the “catalysts.” If you apply the algebraic formula you learned in school, along with the categories listed in our article “Catalyst,” such as birth, aging, illness, death, disasters, calamities, etc… you may gain a deeper understanding of the significance of catalysts.

By the way, as the Earth is entering the Alpha Age (fourth Density) and the hourglass is turning, have you not noticed the frequent occurrence of natural disasters and man-made calamities? COVID-19, Omicron, and more significant natural disasters and man-made calamities are continuously unfolding. These used to be mandatory courses, but now they have become the theme courses of our lives. Learn more…>

Natural disasters and man-made calamities are not natural phenomena; they are the products of the “karmic balancing mechanism” – the results of collective karma! They are also the hardships and pains that we humans must experience. The question is, can we, like the phoenix, rise from the ashes and be reborn amidst the ongoing calamities? This is a topic for another time, and I will share related content with readers in the article “Alpha Earth in the Fourth Density.” I will not repeat it here.

Insights from Disease

Disease, like a mirror, serves as a warning signal. It reflects problems that arise in One’s mind, body, or spirit, indicating areas of concern. It may be an issue within the self (the composite of heart, body, and spirit), or it may signify a disharmony between the self (microcosm) and the greater nature (macrocosm). In short, the disease is a manifestation of imbalance within the holistic entity of the heart, body, and spirit. It acts as a catalyst, an insight, or even a warning, urging you to improve your attitude and habits in life: “Minor ailments serve as hints, major ailments as warnings, and severe illnesses as ultimatums…” Readers who haven’t read the article “Therapy and Rehabilitation” by Us may click here to learn more…>

Readers, have you ever tried to contemplate disease from a perspective beyond pathology?

Insights from Suffering

The stimulus of suffering easily captures people’s attention. However, simply noticing it does not necessarily mean understanding its connection to spirituality or recognizing it as part of the catalyst. It is even more challenging to grasp its insights and significance because you haven’t linked the experiences and feelings of suffering with spiritual exploration and learning.

Did you know that if a catalyst does not achieve its intended purpose or effect, similar catalysts will continue to appear One after another until the desired outcome is achieved? Now, you might begin to understand why in your own life, a series of events, both auspicious and unfortunate, seem to coincidentally occur. This is the arrangement of the “karmic balancing mechanism,” the result of catalysts in action.

Some catalysts are meant for individual learning, while others are meant for the collective. Each has its purpose and is a part of the mysterious creature. Disease, suffering, and even death are mere illusions of the human experience. Without their existence, do you think you would naturally awaken? Would you understand the True Self as the soul? Let me remind you that even if you are a cosmic Wanderer, a Starseed, or an indigo child, you will still experience the hardships of ordinary people, if not more. Underneath the veil, everyone is equal. Only a very small number of people are exceptions, usually possessing extraordinary abilities. The reason is that they have already graduated from another third Density and, aside from voluntarily becoming “lightworkers” on Earth, their main purpose is to join the graduating class of Earth and welcome the arrival of Earth’s fifth cosmic element (fourth Density).

After the graduation of those who choose to serve the self, they will be harvested and transferred to another fourth cosmic element (negative fourth Density) planet for further experiences and learning. Souls that have not graduated will be arranged to reincarnate on another third-Density planet as “Repeat Students“. Learn more…>

Insights from Death

For most people, death may not be the most painful experience, but it is certainly the most feared, especially for atheists. This is because they have no understanding of death whatsoever! I’m not saying that having faith or religious beliefs automatically grants an understanding of death or eliminates the fear of it. It varies for each person, and to some extent, everyone experiences a certain level of fear of death, depending on their understanding of the truth of death. It’s subjective. I used to be an atheist myself. If you are interested in it. Please click “Who am I?” to Learn more…>

Setting aside beliefs, when a person approaches death, their attachment to material desires diminishes to some extent, particularly for someone with even a hint of wisdom. Consciousness accumulates and elevates through continuous experiences and realizations. The reason why I strongly advocate for a minimalist lifestyle is that I discovered it when I had nothing, and I embody it in my actions. The less we need, the closer we are to God.

Personal Experience of Brushing with Death

My first experience of brushing with death happened during my junior high school days when I was learning to farm. There was a moment when One bull chased another bull, which was already tilling the field, and they were running towards me. They were faster than me, and as I sprinted towards a small cliff, without much thought, I leaped off. Luckily, I landed on the soft grassy ground after crossing the steep slope below, while the two bulls fell into the small stream. When I climbed back up the hill, I found everyone gathered around another farmer. It turned out that the bull that had just freed itself from the plow had stepped on his thigh, causing it to break. Seeing him lying on the ground, covered in blood and in excruciating pain, made me realize how fragile human life can be…

Another experience of brushing with death was during the infamous “August 4th Sea Tragedy” in Guangdong, and I managed to survive. It happened in the early hours of August 4, 1975, when two boats traveling in opposite directions between Zhaoqing and Guangzhou collided head-on. The two boats carried more than 800 people, and 432 people died, with 380 of them being from Guangzhou. Among the 380 deceased in Guangzhou, I knew about twenty of them, who were talented members of the amateur propaganda team at the time. It was said that only One of the twenty survived. Her boyfriend forcefully pushed her out of the iron bars of the railing window as the boat was sinking to the riverbed… She desperately swam to the surface from underwater. I also consider myself One of the survivors. Before the incident, I had agreed to participate in the activity, but two days before the departure, my bicycle, which my mother had bought with several months’ worth of salary, was stolen. Feeling dejected, I decided to cancel my participation. Little did I know that my decision not only saved my own life but also prevented a few good friends from fulfilling their fateful appointment. Afterward, my bicycle was also recovered. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was a mere coincidence or the arrangement of the God of destiny. Please click on “Fate, Destiny and Karma” to learn more.

Is there truly fate in this world? This question accompanied me throughout my life until I found the answer after enlightenment.

The Reasons Behind the Knock of Death

Every person, during their lifetime, will face multiple choices regarding their departure or exit points, and the experiences, whether more or less, are actually planned in the Soul Contract before birth. Apart from a person’s free will to decide their stay or departure, there is also the weight of unfinished lessons. All of these are closely related to the mechanism of karmic balance. Learn more…>

In life, each person has different lessons to learn. Some focus mainly on resolving issues of illness and pain, while others deal with matters related to career and finance. Relationships, family, and especially death are realities that everyone must face. In dealing with all these issues, there is always a struggle and decision-making process revolving around survival consciousness, self-awareness, and social relationship awareness. Every decision we make is deeply engraved in our consciousness and memory, like footprints left by a person walking on a muddy road – these are all imprints of consciousness. They are also known as the “Akashic Record“.

The saying that “surviving a great calamity brings great fortune” certainly has its rationale. Fortune here is not the conventional understanding of good fortune, but rather the realization of being content with life and having no regrets even in death. To realize this is to transcend suffering, which is, in itself, a form of fortune, isn’t it?

For the soul, death is not only a release from suffering but also a process of reflection, healing, learning, and the formulation of the blueprint for life in each subsequent Incarnation. All of these are predetermined in the Soul Contract before a person’s birth, and the awareness of free will is the only key to changing the Soul Contract.

Green Light, Yellow Light, Red Light – Insights into Destiny

Life is like a long journey of self-discovery. While you appreciate the scenery along the way, you also have to assess the risks and adhere to traffic rules. For example, when you encounter a yellow light, you must slow down; when faced with a red light, you must stop. If there’s traffic congestion, you can choose an alternative route, and if your car breaks down, you have to get it repaired. The ideal goal for a traveler is to arrive at the destination both safely and on time.

Life’s journey is no different. When you deviate from the path that destiny has laid out for you, you either come across a yellow light or a red light – this is not a coincidence but a reminder or a warning! At such moments, you must pay attention and contemplate whether you need to change your course.

Minor physical ailments are like yellow lights – you should see a doctor and take care of your health through exercise. When a red light appears, it signifies a serious illness. Besides seeking specialized medical attention, you must also change your unhealthy habits related to sleep, diet, and lifestyle. If your symptoms do not improve and the condition becomes chronic or even terminal, continuing on your previous path or acting recklessly will only lead to a dead end.

Pay attention to repetitive events related to illness, pain, and even death. Repetition always has a reason! Disease, suffering, and death act as catalysts, closely tied to the mechanism of karmic balance. Their purpose is to stimulate our sensory system (body, mind, and spirit) to awaken our awareness and explore the true nature of the world and life itself. Minor ailments serve as reminders, severe illnesses as warnings, and critical illnesses as ultimatums. Natural disasters and human calamities are powerful catalysts for individuals and communities alike.

To truly understand how to approach illness, suffering, and death, we need to break free from the narrow perspective of pathology. Only then can we as human beings fully comprehend the meaning of dealing with disease, suffering, and death. The three-dimensional framework restricts our vision and the mysteries that lie beneath the veil.

Epilogue

With the conclusion of this article, my pen comes to a rest. Today (01/28/2022), I had an appointment with a urologist to discuss the results of a prostate biopsy I underwent two weeks ago. Prior to the appointment, I had already sensed what the diagnosis would be and had discussed various possibilities with my family, along with related plans and considerations.

As expected, the diagnosis aligned exactly with my anticipation. Before the doctor proceeds with any other treatment options, I have decided to explore the spiritual healing approach that I had planned long before the biopsy. Do you remember that besides owning the domain name “HUAXINSI,” I also have the domain name “SOULHEALING”?

Curiously, I feel no ripples or anxieties in my heart. On the contrary, a sense of joy rises within me… as if the long-awaited next movement of my life’s symphony is about to begin… Life truly is indescribably marvelous!

Dear readers, I happened to write about the topic of “disease, suffering, and even death,” and I happened to be preparing a category and contents about “spiritual illness and treatment”… Do you believe all of this is a mere coincidence?

The answer is that there are no coincidences in this world. Everything is part of destiny’s arrangement, the best arrangement by a higher power!
