The Higher Self, also known as the Oversoul, from your perspective of space/time, is correctly explained by RA. The awareness at the level of the Higher Self is learned through the lessons of the sixth Density. The rate of progress is well understood. In the process of attaining the inherent state of the Higher Self, choices must be made, and these decisions originate from the mind/body/Spirit Complex itself.

The Higher Self is likened to a map, where the destination is known, and the various paths are clearly understood. These paths are designed by infinite wisdom through the energy of wisdom. However, the Higher Self can only create the curriculum and, if desired, set some limitations. The rest is entirely determined by the free will of each entity. This represents a perfect balance between the known and the unknown.

According to the author’s understanding, the Higher Self or Oversouls consciousness level is at 6.5th Density.
